You can give your old equipment to our technician when they pop round to do the installation, or alternatively you can call 0131 4775338 within 28 days of your installation and we will arrange for your old equipment to be collected, together with any associated items such as leads or power supplies.

Leaving us?
If you have a Set Top Box, PVR or VM Hub, then we will arrange to collect the equipment once you have notified us of your decision to leave us. For all other items you may hand the equipment to your new provider, or alternatively follow this link www.recyclenow.com for some great advice on recycling within your local area.
Upgrading?
If you are upgrading your service or equipment then simply ensure your technician takes away the old kit when they come round to do the upgrade. Alternatively, get in touch with us within 28 days of the change by calling 0131 4775338 and we will arrange for collection.
Non Virgin Media Equipment?
When you buy a new product or service from Virgin Media, we’ll take the old one off your hands within 28 days – even if it’s not Virgin Media equipment. Unfortunately once you have passed it to us for recycling we will not be in a position to return it. Unfortunately we can't take everything off you - just like-for-like products such as Modems, Routers, Remote Controls and Digital / Analogue receivers.
